2023 FALL REC REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2023 Fall Rec Season is Open!

Sonoma Valley United's Recreational Program is for boys and girls of all abilities who seek a fun and active soccer learning and playing environment without the time commitment and pressure of competing in a competitive soccer program.

Sonoma Valley United soccer begins at the U6 age group and runs through U16. The U stands for under, but this can be a bit confusing. SVU follows the US Soccer and FIFA mandate that uses the calendar year to determine age groups, instead of the previously used school year calendar. The calendar year age groups run from January 1st through December 31st.

Each age group consists of two birth years and you can read the chart below to determine which age group your child should register in.

Age Group Birth Years
U6 2018 & 2019
U8 2016 & 2017
U10 2014 & 2015
U12 2012 & 2013
U14 2010 & 2011
U16 2007 & 2008
